How to recall your dream?
11:22
Have you ever wonder how it feels if you could fly
highly in the sky without any modern gadget? What you need is just a set of
beautiful wings. Have you ever wonder what it feels if you could swim deep in
the fascinating ocean just like you are walking on the earth? All these could
be happened to you just in your dreams. Dreams could be even better than any
great movie that you have watched at the cinema and it can be in 3D, black and
white, and the effects are better than CGI. The best thing is, you are the main
character in your dreams. Unfortunately, some people claim that they never or
rarely dream, well the truth of the matter is that, everyone dreams practically
every night of his or her life. What makes things worse is that, either you can
remember it or not. So, here I have 3 steps that can help you to remember your
dreams which are getting plenty of sleep, writing a dream journal as well as do
not get out of your bed immediately.
Dreams are something beautiful to
be remembered. Thus, the first step to recall your dreams is by getting plenty
of sleep. This is because, by getting plenty of sleep, it can make your dream’s
periods get longer and you can enjoy it to the fullest. One tip for you to
practice is that, before going to bed, keep a clear mind and tell yourself that
“I will remember my dream when I wake up”.
The second step to recall your
dreams is by writing a dream journal. It may sound a silly task to do but it
can make you remember your dream magnificently by writing down as many details
in your dream as you can, no matter how minute or seemingly unimportant it may
be and do not judge the content or worry if it makes sense or not. The idea is
to get it down on paper so you can evaluate it later.
Last but not least,
do not get out of your bed immediately. Upon waking from your dream, lay still
in your bed, keeping your eyes closed and moving as little as possible. Wake up
slowly and stay relaxes. Holds on to the feelings you have and let your mind
wander to the images of what you have just dreamt. Were you frustrated,
terrified, or happy?
As a conclusion, every dream that
we have experienced is such a valuable things in our life, and personally I
will try my best to recall my dreams and I cannot see any reason for you to
just ignore your dreams completely without making any progress. As I have told you
before this, there are three steps for you to try to recall your dreams which
are getting plenty of sleep, writing a dream journal as well as do not get out
of your bed immediately. With that, I end my speech with some motivational
words "Remembering your dream is just like making your own paradise"
